Shipping Policies & Returns

I try to ship all orders within 3-5 days from the date of purchase. I am a one-woman business, so please do bear that in mind if my shipping times are a bit slower than a large store. I do all of the packaging, weighing, measuring, and labelling myself!

I try my best to repurpose packing materials, and use recycled shipping boxes and packing materials when I can. So when you receive your pottery, remember that you paid for the beautiful art inside, not the elegance of its wrapping, and that my choices to avoid using branded packaging are made with the desire to minimize the environmental impact of my business' shipping practices.

International Shipping:
I am now offering International Shipping to most countries! Please be aware that International shipping takes more time and costs quite a bit more than domestic, so if you are an international customer, thank you for your patience as your orders are delivered. Please be aware that there may be additional customs fees or import taxes asked of you before your package can be delivered; these are outside of any charges that are integrated into the shipping you purchase through my store, and I am not responsible for them.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns:
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale/ Seconds
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
